Will My Order Be Tracked?

Yes, all orders will come with a tracking number to keep you updated on when your product will arrive.
Do You Ship Outside of New Zealand?

At this stage, we are only shipping within New Zealand. We look forward to being able to ship internationally in the future.
Are Boland™ Bottles Leak Proof?

Yes, all bottles are designed to be completely leak-proof when sealed correctly for peace of mind when travelling throughout the day.
Can Boland™ Bottles Be Sent Gift Wrapped?

Sure can. Simply advise in the comments section and we will send each bottle in neutrally coloured wrapping paper.
Can I Buy Replacement Accessories?

We are working on being able to do this in the future, unfortunately this is not currently available.
Are Bottles Able to Be Engraved?

We are hoping to offer this service in the future. In the meantime you can take your bottle to any local engraving service for personalisation.
Can Boland™ Bottles Fit in Cup Holders?

Yes, boland™ bottles fit in most standard car and generic accessory cup holders.
How Are Boland™ Bottles Packaged?

Each boland™ bottle is individually packaged in a protective bag and cardboard cylinder to ensure it arrives nice and safely to your front door.
Where Are Boland™ Bottles Made?

We're proud to say our bottles & packaging are designed right here in Auckland, New Zealand. All products are manufactured in China.
